In Sonoma County, Celis Movers leased 14,914 square feet of industrial space at 879 Lindberg Lane in Petaluma. The procuring agents for this deal remain undisclosed, and the lessor is Elias Husary. The transaction took place on July 1, and occupancy commenced on the same day.
Lincare, an office tenant, secured a lease for 5,289 square feet at 405 W. College Ave. in Santa Rosa. Once again, the procuring agents are not mentioned, and the lessor is the Edward & Linda Rosen Trust. K & Company’s James Nobles and Peter Briceno facilitated the transaction, which closed on May 2.
Hughes Marino Inc., an office tenant, leased 3,639 square feet at 775 Baywood Drive in Petaluma. The procuring agents for this deal are unspecified, while River City Bank acted as the lessor. Mike Thomason from K & Company represented the tenant, and the lease agreement was signed on July 7.
Moving on to another lease agreement in Sonoma County, Xfinity leased 2,660 square feet of industrial space at 6350 Commerce Blvd. in Rohnert Park. The procuring agents and lessor remain undisclosed, while Tom Laugero from K & Company represented the tenant. The deal was wrapped up on May 1.

California Programs for the Autistic Inc., an office tenant, leased 1,199 square feet of office space at 3446 Mendocino Ave. in Santa Rosa. Sara Wann from K & Company represented the tenant, while 57 Taylor Enterprises acted as the lessor. The lease agreement was signed on June 26.
DR Electric LLC secured a lease for 1,000 square feet of industrial space at 3200 Dutton Ave. in Santa Rosa. Bryan Altamirano from K & Company represented the tenant, while Stemken Park Ltd. acted as the lessor. The transaction closed on July 15.
Spidexx leased 784 square feet of industrial space at 5625 State Farm Drive in Rohnert Park. Kevin Doran from K & Company represented both the tenant and the lessor, New California Land Company LP. The lease agreement was signed on July 20.
Lastly, Bobbie & Zachary Larson secured a lease for 510 square feet of retail space at 14301 Arnold Drive in Glen Ellen. Marshall Kelly and Alan Coldiron from K & Company represented both parties in this transaction, with JLV Family Trust LLC acting as the lessor. The lease agreement was signed on July 19.
Moving on to sales, Marin County witnessed a significant transaction with 32,510 square feet of office space located at 1682 Novato Blvd. in Novato. The buyer, 945 Market Corporation, secured the property through the procuring agents Nathan Ballard and Matt Storms from K & Company. Graham Street Realty represented the sellers in this deal. The transaction closed on August 11, with a value of $4,700,000.
In Marin County, an additional transaction involved the sale of 2,608 square feet of retail space at 30 Ross Common in Ross. Currie Properties acquired the property, represented by Matt Storms from K & Company. The seller was the Arana Trust, and the sale took place on August 11. Solano County saw a substantial office sale with 43,000 square feet of space at 220 Campus Lane in Fairfield. Maass Corporation SPC acquired industrial spaces at 3158 Condo Court and 3152 Condo Court in Santa Rosa, measuring 8,800 square feet and 8,716 square feet, respectively. Rhonda Deringer from K & Company represented the buyer for both properties, while Ali M. Mahmoodi sold 3152 Condo Court. Lastly, VVMM LLC, also known as Milner’s Anodizing, purchased 7,328 square feet of industrial space at 3330 McMaude Place in Santa Rosa. The sellers were Terry and Claire Burson Revocable Trust, and the transaction closed on April 20, with a value of $1,510,000.
