Gina Kirschenheiter, from “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” is making waves in her new career as a real estate agent. Throughout Season 17 of the show, viewers have followed Gina on her journey from announcing her interest in becoming a realtor to ultimately becoming a licensed agent.
During Part 1 of the Season 17 reunion, host Andy Cohen congratulated Gina on officially becoming a real estate agent and asked if she had sold her first house yet. Gina revealed that she currently has two homes in escrow.
It seems that one of those sales has already been completed. On September 19, Gina took to Instagram to share the news that she had sold a two-bedroom house for $715,000. She expressed her excitement for her clients and received congratulations from her castmates, including Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow.
Andy Cohen also commented on Gina’s post, jokingly suggesting that Gina should join the “Million Dollar Listing” franchise with a potential “MDL: OC” spinoff.
In addition to her real estate success, Gina showed up in style at the Season 17 reunion. She wore a neon green David Koma minidress, which she described as modern and edgy. Gina completed her look with crystal-embellished black heels from Amina Muaddi, sparkly teardrop-shaped earrings by Sashi, and a light blue manicure.
During the reunion, Andy Cohen pointed out that Gina had last-minute nails, to which she responded that she had rushed to the nail salon the night before to keep herself looking polished.
Newcomer Jennifer Pedranti also mentioned that she had gotten last-minute nails done the day before the reunion. Both ladies shared more details about their reunion preparation in a video.
Gina Kirschenheiter’s real estate career is off to a strong start, with sales already under her belt. Her success in the real estate industry, coupled with her fashionable presence at the reunion, solidifies her status as a multitasking housewife. Fans can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next.
