CTS Eventim, one of the leading entertainment companies in the world, has announced the appointment of Arne Fritz as the new Vice President of Venues & Real Estate. Fritz, an experienced manager, architect, and project developer, joined the company on October 1st.
In his new role, Fritz will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the highly anticipated Arena For Milan, as well as managing CTS Eventim’s existing venues. Additionally, he will be strategically developing the company’s real estate portfolio in order to strengthen its value chain.
This appointment comes as part of CTS Eventim’s ongoing efforts to expand and enhance its business. With Fritz’s expertise in architecture and project development, the company aims to further diversify its offerings and provide even higher quality services to its artists and partners.
Fritz, who will report directly to CEO Klaus-Peter Schulenberg, will also take over tasks previously handled by Executive Vice President Rainer Appel. Appel, who plans to transition into a consulting role next year, will gradually hand over his responsibilities to Fritz.
Arne Fritz brings a wealth of experience to his new position. Graduating in architecture, he spent eight years working for a firm specializing in architecture, project development, and property sales in Münster. He then joined Drees & Sommer, a market leader in project management and consulting for real estate and infrastructure projects in the Germany-Austria-Switzerland region.
During his time at Drees & Sommer, Fritz played a key role in several prestigious projects. This includes the successful reorganization and completion of the Elbphilharmonie concert hall in Hamburg, as well as Hamburg’s application for the Olympic Games. He also contributed to numerous other projects involving sporting venues, stadiums, and event venues.
